Stylitics adds retail industry heavyweights to board of directors

Stylitics, a specialist in AI powered automated visual merchandising and outfit styling, has appointed Karyn Schoenbart and Richard Hearn to its board of directors.

Until recently, Schoenbart served as CEO at market research firm The NPD Group.

“Karyn is a go to expert for retail CEOs to help them make better business decisions,” says Rohan Deuskar, Founder and CEO at Stylitics.

“As a leader, category expert and mentor, her global perspective will be a powerful asset as we continue to transform what e-commerce innovation looks like for customers like Walmart, Revolve, and Chico’s.”

“Few tech platforms create the game changing impact that Stylitics drives across retailers’ business performance,” says Schoenberg.

“It addresses many of the challenges retailers have today, from the shopper experience to topline growth, inventory optimisation and cost management. I’m thrilled to join the company’s board and look forward to working with Rohan and the entire Stylitics team.”

Hearn, meanwhile, previously served as Global President of Razorfish Commerce and General Manager of the marketing, commerce and supply chain software application business for IBM Watson.

“Richard brings extraordinary business acumen and a wealth of operational experience to Stylitics,” says Deuskar.

“He has founded and led both startups and billion dollar businesses in the commerce, marketing, SaaS and agency worlds, and that range of experience will be a powerful asset to Stylitics as we continue to transform the e-commerce landscape.”

Stylitics recently closed an $80 million Series C fundraising round, bringing its total funding to $100 million.
