RTIH Innovation Awards: Global Technology Vendor of the Year shortlist announced
Obsess, Mason, ShipStation, and Lily AI are among the nominees in the Global Technology Vendor of the Year category at the 2022 RTIH Innovation Awards.
This category celebrates companies (based outside of the UK) that have developed innovative technologies and worked with retailers to transform the customer experience or back-end operations or both.
2022 shortlist as follows:
Lily AI
Lily AI has developed a platform for the e-commerce sector that bridges the gap for uninspired customers between brand speak and customer speak, while creating exponential lifts in traffic, conversion, revenue, brand loyalty and improving the overall brand experience.
Loop
Loop is a software solution that is exclusively built for Shopify brands to transform returns into exchanges, helping solve specific merchant needs.
The company’s self-service, automated platform empowers shoppers to exchange for something they love, so brands can have what they want most: a path to profitability.
Mason
Today, the upfront cost of setting up an e-commerce store has been reduced by platforms like Shopify and Wix, allowing a faster go-to-market for merchants. Still, the actual sales stand at a low rate of 0.5-1% for an average online brand. The weight has now shifted towards running a 24x7 online store.
This is where Mason steps in. It is a no code store automation platform that helps D2C and e-commerce brands to run a 24x7 high converting storefront, with data and insights at their fingertips.
Nsign.tv
Nsign.tv designs and develops a smart digital signage platform for use in the retail sector. It has its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain with offices in USA and Mexico.
Obsess
Obsess is disrupting experiential e-commerce, using VR and AR technologies to give leading brands an entry point into the metaverse.
Founder and CEO Neha Singh and her team create immersive, 3D virtual store experiences for retailers and brands globally, including Ralph Lauren, Coach, NBCUniversal, Tommy Hilfiger, General Mills, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, and American Girl.
Scanbot
The Scanbot SDK is a B2B software product that allows enterprises to integrate fast and reliable barcode scanning functionalities into their mobile and web applications.
ShipStation
ShipStation’s technology has been specifically designed to make shipping effortless for retailers of all shapes and sizes.
In its 11 years, it has grown to combine order processing, inventory management, shipping label distribution, and customer communication into one, easy-to-use interface that integrates directly to the world’s top carriers, marketplaces, and selling channels.
ShipStation has more than 300 partnerships with leading shopping carts, marketplaces, carriers and fulfilment services.
SWIPEBY
SWIPEBY’s ‘any merchant is a drive-thru now’ end-to-end geo-ordering platform, allows independent bricks and mortar retailers to become “uber digital”, beating their mega chain competitors.
