boohoo’s Alex Richards to give keynote speech at Smart Retail Tech
Alex Richards, Technology Director at online fashion retailer boohoo, is one of the keynote speakers at Smart Retail Tech.
Organised by Fortem International, the event will be held at ExCel London, UK, between 2nd and 3rd March.
It will showcase the latest technology and services, host expert led seminars and provide networking opportunities.
Richards’ presentation will be entitled ‘True agility - less pace, more value’. Visitors to the show will be able to catch it at 2pm on 2nd March.
Covering both online and in-store retail, Smart Retail Tech will focus on operational efficiency, customer safety, security, contactless payments, enhancing the customer experience and increasing footfall.
Attendees will also be able to explore how to use technology to optimise the customer experience and gain an insight into the digital journey of retail.
The likes of interactive mirrors and in-store app features will be discussed at the In-Store Experience Theatre.
Attendees will also be able to try and test the latest virtual reality and augmented reality retail solutions in the XR (mixed reality) Demo Zone.
