Super-Pharm signs up for RELEX Solutions technology to service retail operations in Poland

Super-Pharm, a chain of pharmacies, drugstores, perfumeries, and opticians in Poland, has partnered with RELEX Solutions to enhance its retail operations, including forecasting and replenishment, unified space planning, and clearance optimisation.

RELEX tech will service Super-Pharm’s stores, e-commerce and distribution centre in Poland.

The retailer previously used a legacy system with many local customisations and workarounds created in disparate spreadsheets.

It now has space planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory clearance optimisation together in a single solution platform.

This gives Super-Pharm full transparency into its planning and operations, automated processes to replace manual spreadsheets, and an enhanced ability to develop and measure KPIs across the business.

“We are thrilled to partner with RELEX Solutions to reposition Super-Pharm in terms of technology to support our business decisions. We selected RELEX after being impressed by the positive references from their customers and partners,” says Monika Kołaszyńska, CEO at Super-Pharm Poland.

“With the RELEX unified solution, we expect to improve forecast accuracy, automate processes, and link store specific planograms with replenishment.”

“We are proud to welcome Super-Pharm to the RELEX family. We have had a very positive collaboration so far, and we are excited to continue developing our partnership,” says Jason Berry, Senior Vice President Sales UK & Ireland, Nordics & South Africa at RELEX Solutions.

“This partnership represents a significant milestone for us in the Central and Eastern Europe region, opening up new opportunities to expand our market reach. We are pleased that Super-Pharm recognises the benefits of our unified solution, and we look forward to supporting them in achieving their business objectives.”
