Evans says: “Shopify is on a mission to make commerce better for everyone, and I’m excited for the challenge of taking on a role that will empower our merchants and partners in EMEA to continue to grow.”
“The recent Shopify Entrepreneurship Index shows just how much impact and value merchants who use Shopify add to the European economy, and it’s heartening to see so many markets in this region feature in the top 20 globally. I hope that, by working with our merchants and partners across the region, we can help to drive growth and wealth for all.”
Angermann comments: “Combining the work of both the solutions and the sales teams into one will enable us to offer retailers the best possible service.”
“Our aim is to help merchants overcome challenges and quickly gain value through Shopify from helping them to integrate a new platform through to developing tailor-made solutions to support them in creating a holistic commerce strategy which many need to propel their businesses forward. I’m excited for what we’re able to create together.”
