2024 RTIH Innovation Awards: Best Global Retailer/Technology Supplier Relationship finalists announced

We’re pleased to announce the shortlist for the 2024 RTIH Innovation Awards Best Global Retailer/Technology Supplier Relationship category.

We received a record number of submissions this year across 20+ categories and many fantastic examples of the continued resilience and dynamism of the retail space during hugely challenging times.

It’s now over to our judging panel who will decide the winners to be announced at the 2024 RTIH Innovation Awards ceremony, which will take place at RIBA’s 66 Portland Place HQ in Central London.

The event will be held on Thursday, 21st November and consist of a drinks reception, three course meal, and awards ceremony presided over by comedian Lucy Porter.

This award recognises a successful partnership between a retailer and a technology supplier, with an emphasis on the last 12 months and how said partnership has gone from strength to strength during that period.

Bambuser and Sonos

Ordergroove is ushering in a new era of commerce with a technology platform that helps brands and retailers transform one time purchases into recurring revenue streams by prioritising the development of valuable and long lasting relationships.

Sensei and DAO Conad

Sensei’s autonomous store in Verona, in partnership with DAO Conad, offers over 200 sqm of space and 2,250+ SKUs in the heart of the city.

SoundCommerce and PacSun

PacSun and SoundCommerce have partnered since 2020 to modernise the retailer’s data strategy.

SoundCommerce solutions, like Reactor, have helped PacSun unify its data, enabling real-time decision-making across marketing, merchandising, and operations.
