John Lewis Partnership inks five-year extension to UK retailer’s omnichannel contract with Foundever

Foundever has announced a five-year extension of its contract with John Lewis Partnership.

The two firms have worked together for 17 years.

With over 1,000 dedicated associates globally, Foundever provides omnichannel support for the John Lewis Partnership – which entails both the John Lewis and Waitrose brands – covering voice, email, digital channels and back office operations.

According to a press release: “The strength of this enduring relationship lies in both companies being united in their belief that the customer should always be at the heart of what they do.”

“Together with John Lewis, Foundever strives to develop a “one team” mentality by working collaboratively to enhance the customer experience while also driving efficiency, effectiveness and value.”
