Delivery management firm Scurri acquires specialist conversational artificial intelligence platform HelloDone

Delivery management specialist Scurri, has announced the acquisition of HelloDone, a UK-based platform which provides conversational AI solutions to retailers and brands. 

HelloDone’s offering answers post-purchase customer queries on digital messaging channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. This enables retailers to automate responses to customer queries via AI powered chat.

The deal will see the HelloDone team join Scurri, adding specialist AI expertise to its existing product and engineering functions. Scurri will also acquire all technology, trademarks, intellectual property and clients.

The acquisition is being achieved via a restructuring by transfer arrangement.
