Next and Iceland step up as National Business Crime Solution welcomes three new members to its board

National Business Crime Solution (NBCS), a not for profit initiative that works with the police and the business community to help tackle business crime in the UK using data and intelligence, has announced the expansion of its board.

NBCS helps to identify and target offenders who are impacting retail across a local, regional and national level, in addition to online claims fraud. 

The new members are: Duncan Miles, Head of Profit Protection at Iceland, Steve Teatum, Head of Group Loss Prevention at Next and Matthew Barber, Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner.

They join the existing board members including Tim Edwards, Chairman at NBCS, Jenny Alleyne, Head of Retail Risk & Compliance at The Co-op Group, Gary Parkes, Group Profit Protection Manager at Amazon.

NBCS represents over 50 of the largest retail stores, members include the likes of Tesco, Fraser Group, John Lewis, Next, JD Sports and Asda.
