NorthEdge adds employee engagement software platform Oak Engage to investment portfolio

Maven Capital Partners has exited its investment in Oak Engage, a Newcastle headquartered developer and provider of an employee engagement and intranet SaaS platform, following a sale to UK private equity firm NorthEdge.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Oak’s platform is utilised by a client base including NatWest Group, Burger King UK, Aldi, Five Guys and Halfords. It acts as a central hub to reach and engage deskless workforces, giving them access to company news and key documents. It also taps AI to deliver personalised communications.
