Our 2026 Payments Technology finalists as follows:

Croissant Pay

Croissant Pay is a customer wallet and payment method for luxury e-commerce. Shoppers earn Croissant credit through purchases, brand funded credit drops, and resale, then spend it as one balance at any participating merchant's checkout.

Ecommpay

In a market where a failed transaction is lost revenue, and potentially a lost customer, Ecommpay has made its mission to push checkout performance to its absolute limit. A company wide investment in AI is analysing payment declines to transform e-commerce performance.

Edenred Payment Solutions and New Look

New Look transformed the returns experience by introducing a refund to gift card solution, giving customers a faster, more flexible alternative to waiting three to five working days for refunds to reach their bank account

Hozah AutoPay

Hozah AutoPay is a barrier free, ANPR driven payment platform that automatically charges drivers for parking on exit, with no app, ticket, or machine required.

Justt and Madison Reed

Madison Reed, a hair colour brand selling through subscription memberships, direct e-commerce and nearly 100 Hair Colour Bars across the United States, has improved its chargeback win rate by 49% and its chargeback recovery rate by 69% with no increase in customer support headcount.

Nayax

Tigapo by Nayax is a cloud native cashless payment and experience platform built specifically for arcades and family entertainment centres, replacing coin, card and paper ticket systems with one connected ecosystem covering payments, loyalty, redemption and real-time analytics.

Sticky

Sticky is laying claim to a new model for digital hospitality ordering in stadiums: fast, contactless and so simple it can be deployed at any scale. Using NFC contactless touchpoints and a drag-and-drop no-code platform, guests can order in under ten seconds with no app, login or table selection.

Zyntrix

Open Banking has existed for years, but nobody gave retailers or shoppers a reason to use it. Zyntrix's Payments with Purpose changes that.

Retailers enjoy reduced merchant fees by up to 45% and get paid up to 36 hours faster, with their own brand at the heart of checkout. Shoppers pay from their bank with Face ID, earn rewards, and see the saving fund causes they care about. Integrated into existing PoS systems, Zyntrix is live across retail, sport, care and hospitality.
