Former Kount CEO Brad Wiskirchen joins chargeback prevention and remediation tech firm Chargebacks911

Chargebacks911, a specialist in chargeback processing and dispute management technology, has announced the appointment of Brad Wiskirchen, former CEO at Kount, as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and also CEO at its financial institution focused sister brand, Fi911.

Wiskirchen will spearhead strategic M&A initiatives, pursue high value partnerships and expand relationships with financial institutions, payment processors and payment orchestration providers worldwide.

“Brad’s appointment is about more than expanding our leadership team. It’s about accelerating what’s next,” says Monica Eaton, Founder and CEO at Chargebacks911. “We’ve spent years building the technology, infrastructure and industry relationships that have positioned Chargebacks911 at the center of an increasingly important part of the payments ecosystem. The opportunities ahead extend well beyond traditional dispute management, and we're bringing together the talent, capabilities and strategic relationships to pursue them at scale.”

In addition to being founding CEO at Kount, Wiskirchen also served as an industrial partner at CVC Capital Partners, a private equity and investment firm, where he led FinTech investment efforts in North America. Additionally, Wiskirchen was named Chairman of the Salt Lake City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, as well as a member of the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Interdepartmental Working Group on Finance and Technology, High-Level Advisory Group.

Wiskirchen has also served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards in the payments, fraud, identity and compliance spaces, and has co-founded and invested in various businesses in those spaces.

"Brad has unmatched entrepreneurial acumen, understands the investment landscape and brings the commercial instincts and relationships to help us capitalise on opportunities that can meaningfully expand our reach,” says Benjamin Bridwell, President at Chargebacks911. “We're not simply looking to grow our existing business. We're looking to reshape what's possible across the payments ecosystem."

“What Monica and the team have built is remarkable, and I see enormous potential in what comes next. I haven’t seen a more impressive foundation of technology, industry connectivity and market reach,” says Wiskirchen. “I've spent my career building and scaling technology companies, and it's rare to find a business with this combination of proprietary technology, established market reach and opportunity for expansion.”

“Chargebacks911 has already built the foundation. Now we have an opportunity to dramatically accelerate its scale through strategic acquisitions, new partnerships and expansion into adjacent markets. The convergence of AI, payments intelligence and financial services is creating extraordinary opportunities, and I believe Chargebacks911 is uniquely positioned to capitalise on them. I'm excited to work alongside Monica and the leadership team to help build the next chapter of this company's success.”
