Our 2026 Technology Vendor of the Year (Rest of World) finalists as follows:

Deliverect

Deliverect has partnered with Asda Express to simplify on-demand retail operations across its estate, consolidating separate Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat picking workflows into one unified application.

Rolled out across the Asda Express estate, the technology gives store teams a single process for managing and picking marketplace orders, reducing operational complexity while significantly improving product availability and picking accuracy. The simpler experience has also driven improved staff NPS.

Beyond operational efficiency, the initiative provides the technology infrastructure underpinning Asda Express's c-commerce success, creating a scalable ecosystem where additional digital channels and capabilities can be introduced easily as and when required.

Fynd

Fynd is a unified commerce platform. Between September 2025 and September 2026, it partnered with retailers across Malaysia, Indonesia, Qatar, India and the UAE to transform both customer experience and back-end operations on one platform spanning PoS, order management, marketplaces, logistics, AI data automation and AI content.

Its flagship build for QSR Brands saw daily orders growing a sustained 7.0% over the pre-Fynd baseline for Hugo Boss (UAE), REDTAG, Qatar’s beauty houses and Indian brands delivered outcomes such as 259k+ inventory updates synced and 48% marketplace revenue growth.

HelmCore

HelmCore is a retail operational intelligence platform built for distributed retail estates. It correlates PoS, network, IoT and energy signals from every site, collapses related events into single incidents, then applies AI to surface root cause and translate each incident into real-time financial impact using customer validated cost parameters.

Every customer runs on an isolated, single-tenant instance, with a sanitisation layer stripping sensitive data before it reaches the cloud model. Built and headquartered in Sligo, Ireland, HelmCore works with multi-site retailers across convenience and fuel, and grocery and general retail.

Lily AI

Before a product reaches a consumer, an AI system increasingly decides whether it gets discovered or recommended. Lily AI has spent six years making products understandable to these systems. Launched in August 2026, Lily Max turns that intelligence into action: agents identify missing product information, enrich it in consumer language, test changes against controls and deploy what works across paid media and AI discovery.

Used by retailers and brands including Marks & Spencer, Vuori, Hibbett Sports, Shiseido and Coach, Lily has run 1,000+ controlled tests. Lily Max makes products understandable to AI, and proves the commercial impact when they are.

Mys Tyler

Fashion-tech startup, Mys Tyler partnered with City Chic to improve shopper fit confidence and reduce online returns. Using Mys Tyler’s FitCheck technology, the partnership combined diverse creators, visual fit reviews and structured fit data.

This content was embedded on City Chic’s product pages across Australia, New Zealand and the US. Across 120 products and 5,831 units sold, City Chic recorded 7% fewer returns in Australia and New Zealand, and 10% fewer returns in the US, with reductions of up to 62% on some garments, reducing reverse logistics costs and wasted stock, and showing what a retailer-technology partnership can deliver.

Revieve

Revieve is advancing the next era of beauty commerce through purpose built industry intelligence. At the centre of its approach is BeautyCatalyst, Revieve's Beauty Commerce Intelligence Platform, connecting beauty expertise, consumer understanding and commerce to help brands and retailers create more relevant consumer experiences and make more informed decisions across their businesses.

ShopperAI

ShopperAI is an AI powered retail floor intelligence platform that turns existing store CCTV cameras into real-time operational insights without requiring hardware installation.

By continuously analysing the sales floor using computer vision with over 95% accuracy, ShopperAI instantly detects stockout events, planogram deviations, blocked aisles, and shrink exposure. The system routes real-time priorities directly to store staff and managers via existing communication channels, protecting revenue and boosting margins. Operating at scale across hundreds of stores, ShopperAI bridges the gap between digital intelligence and physical retail execution seamlessly.

Solink

Solink has created the Solink Vision Intelligence Platform, an outcome driven operational layer that converts legacy, passive video infrastructure into an active, intelligent framework. It is hardware agnostic, bridging the gap between siloed video environments and enterprise data by natively integrating with more than 375 applications, access control mechanisms, and IoT systems.

Sitoo

Retail stores are being asked to do more: sell, fulfil and manage returns across stores and online sales channels while delivering increasingly personalised customer experiences.

Sitoo makes unified commerce work in the store. Its cloud native Unified Commerce Platform, anchored by PoS, connects stores and online sales channels in real-time, turning inventory, customer, order and cross-channel information into action.

Trusted by 300+ retailers and compliant in 40+ markets, Sitoo helps retailers increase sales, improve inventory confidence, enable cross-channel selling, fulfilment and returns, and empower associates to deliver better customer experiences.

Talkdesk

Talkdesk provides contact centre and customer experience automation solutions purpose-built for modern retail. The platform unifies the shopper journey, putting people and AI to work where each makes the biggest difference.

AI agents resolve transaction heavy tasks like processing order status, managing returns, and proactively re-engaging abandoned shopping carts. Contact centre agents and in-store associates have access to AI guidance and a shared view of the customer, helping them deliver personalised service in every interaction.

Retailers gain a continuous view of the customer across digital, contact centre, and in-person touchpoints, turning disconnected interactions into connected experiences that build lasting loyalty.
