MINISO LAND store concept makes its debut Stateside after retailer announces first ever location in the UK
MINISO has officially opened its first US MINISO LAND store at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. The approximately 15,000-square-foot location is among the retailer’s largest locations in the United States and introduces a new IP theme park style destination designed for shopping, exploration and social interaction.
MINISO LAND Columbus features dedicated product zones spanning toys and collectibles, home essentials, beauty, food and beverages, and lifestyle categories, alongside immersive themed IP worlds. At the entrance is a dedicated YOYO themed zone and signature YOYO sculpture, celebrating MINISO’s proprietary IP through exclusive merchandise and interactive displays.
The store is designed around a collection of over 5,500 SKUs, with IP products accounting for more than 60% of total offerings across more than 30 IP collections, with a layout that allows visitors to move between dedicated IP worlds and category zones while discovering new items and experiences. Highlights in-store include a Hello Kitty and Friends zone with more than 100 products and a Disney zone with over 130 products inspired by characters such as Stitch, Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Mouse and Toy Story. Consumers can also discover a range of fan favorite collaborations featuring ONE PIECE, Chiikawa, Snoopy, and mofusand.
Since the opening of the first MINISO LAND in Shanghai in 2024, the format has expanded to more than 100 locations across China and multiple overseas markets, becoming a key component of the retailer’s multi-tier store format offering.
2026 RTIH Innovation Awards

The awards, which celebrate global retail technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world, have now closed for entries. Our winners will be revealed at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards Ceremony, taking place at The HAC in Central London on Wednesday, 4th November.

Congratulations to all those who made it through the initial submission process! It’s now over to our star studded judging panel who will decide the winners to be announced at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards Ceremony, taking place at The HAC in Central London.
The event will be held on Wednesday, 4th November and consist of a drinks reception, three course meal, awards ceremony presided over by award winning stand-up comedian, presenter, actor and broadcaster, Aurie Styla, and after party until 1am.
