Focus on off-duty denim as Levi’s becomes first brand in UK to partner with Pinterest on a trend report
Pinterest and Levi’s are teaming up to launch a Summer 2026 Trend Report with a focus on off-duty denim.
This partnership lands as Pinterest searches for “denim shorts outfits women” have grown by 430% over the past year. Interest is also rising across “denim jorts outfit” (+330%), “bedazzled jorts” (+212%), “micro denim shorts outfits” (+453%) and “denim patchwork shirt” (+280%).
Levi’s is the first brand in the UK to partner with Pinterest on a trend report. The pair have created an Off-Duty Summer Denim’ edit, designed to help people discover how to wear and style this summer’s denim trends. Alongside the edit is a Levi’s Summer Premiere Spotlight on Search this week with nostalgic, lo-fi creative that puts shorts front and centre.
Levi’s previous “It’s Baggy Season” campaign leveraged Pinterest Trend Badges including “Baggy Jeans” and “Denim Outfits”. Assets featuring a Pinterest Trends Badge delivered a 27.4% better video completion rate and 21% better oCPC versus category benchmarks, alongside lifts across every measured metric.
Sophie Marlow, Fashion & Luxury Lead at Pinterest UK, says: “We’re excited to build on our partnership with Levi’s through the launch of the Summer 2026 Trend Report. This collaboration shows what’s possible when brands use Pinterest insights to move early on what people are genuinely interested in. We’re seeing strong momentum around jorts, mini shorts and personalised denim styling on Pinterest, and Levi’s has brought that to life in a way that feels both culturally relevant and commercially smart.”
Anne-Catherine Lepas, Vice-President of Merchandising for Levi’s Europe, says: “Consumers are investing in a denim lifestyle this summer. With trends like the now mainstream jort leading the way, summer 2026 signals a shift towards effortless self-expression and comfort, and Levi’s is delivering a head-to-toe wardrobe that resonates across generations and styles. From timeless denim icons and innovative cooling fabrics to breathable linen blends and lightweight poplin pieces, alongside renewed demand for classic fits fuelled by cult entertainment and enduring style references, Levi’s is proving denim belongs in every season - especially summer.”
2026 RTIH Innovation Awards
Social media will be a key focus area at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards.
The awards are now open for entries and celebrate global retail technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world.
Our winners will be revealed at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards Ceremony, taking place at The HAC in Central London on Wednesday, 4th November.
Check out our 2025 winners here.
Our 2025 hall of fame entrants were revealed during a sold out event which took place at The HAC on 16th October and consisted of a drinks reception, three course meal, and awards ceremony presided over by award winning comedian, actress and writer Tiff Stevenson.
In his welcome speech, Scott Thompson, Founder and Editor, RTIH, said: “This is the awards’ fifth year as a physical event. We started off with just 30 people at the South Place Hotel not far from here, then moved to London Bridge Hotel, then The Barbican, and last year RIBA’s HQ in the West End.”
“But I’m conscious of the fact that, to quote the legend that is Taylor Swift, You’re only as hot as your last hit, baby. So, this year we’ve moved to our biggest venue yet, and also pulled in our largest number of entries to date and broken attendance records.”
He added: “This year’s submissions have without doubt been our best yet. To quote one of the judges: The examples of innovative developments across both traditional and digital retail spaces were truly remarkable.”
Congratulations to our winners, and a big thank you to our sponsors, judging panel, the legend that is Tiff Stevenson, and all those who attended our 2025 gathering.
