Fashion retailer LPP ramps up use of AI in marketing through partnership with Polish startup pirxe

LPP, a European fashion retailer and the company behind Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay, is expanding its cooperation with Polish startup pirxe. LPP operates across 47 markets, has more than 3,800 stores, employs nearly 63,000 people and is listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The tie up focuses on using spatial AI and 3D digital twins to create and test marketing content at scale. According to those involved, the first campaigns delivered 21% higher conversions and a 21.6% increase in CTR, which led LPP to expand the project and test the technology across additional platforms.

“We invest in technologies that allow us to operate faster, more effectively and on a larger scale. In marketing, the ability to quickly test multiple communication variants and respond instantly to customer needs is providing an ever greater competitive advantage. That is why we decided to collaborate with pirxe,” says Marcin Piechocki, a member of the LPP management board and Managing Director at Sinsay.

“This solution not only boosts the effectiveness of our activities but also demonstrates that technologies meeting the highest global standards are being developed in Poland. We believe that investing in domestic know-how strengthens both LPP’s competitiveness and that of the entire Polish innovation ecosystem. Ultimately, any technology must translate into a better customer experience and better business results. This is precisely the outcome we are seeing in our collaboration with pirxe.”

“Our aim was to implement a tool to streamline campaign planning and the use of advertising platforms by our marketing teams. We wanted the new technology to optimise processes and enable us to test a greater number of creatives across multiple channels more quickly, whilst still leaving room for creative work. The results showed that changing the way content is prepared leads to more than just greater operational efficiency. Better alignment of the message with the product, the audience and the stage of the customer journey directly translates into higher customer engagement and a better customer experience, which is a key business case for us,” says Michał Niedziółka, Omnichannel Marketing Director at Sinsay.

“The trust placed in us by such a major partner is not only an opportunity for a start-up to work in a demanding business environment, but above all a clear confirmation of the commercial value of our solution and a strong impetus for further development,” says Przemek Kadula, Co-founder at pirxe.

“The clothing industry is an excellent starting point for us, as it perfectly illustrates the scale of the challenges involved in creating content in e-commerce - a sector in which the demand for high quality content, faster production of marketing materials and more interactive shopping experiences is currently growing exponentially. However, we believe that the capabilities of spatial AI extend far beyond the fashion industry and will, in the future, support a completely new way of presenting, selling and experiencing products across the entire digital world.”

2026 RTIH Innovation Awards

Spatial AI will be a key focus area at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards.

The awards are now open for entries and celebrate global retail technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world.

Our winners will be revealed at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards Ceremony, taking place at The HAC in Central London on Wednesday, 4th November.

Check out our 2025 winners here.

Our 2025 hall of fame entrants were revealed during a sold out event which took place at The HAC on 16th October and consisted of a drinks reception, three course meal, and awards ceremony presided over by award winning comedian, actress and writer Tiff Stevenson.

In his welcome speech, Scott Thompson, Founder and Editor, RTIH, said: “This is the awards’ fifth year as a physical event. We started off with just 30 people at the South Place Hotel not far from here, then moved to London Bridge Hotel, then The Barbican, and last year RIBA’s HQ in the West End.”

“But I’m conscious of the fact that, to quote the legend that is Taylor Swift, You’re only as hot as your last hit, baby. So, this year we’ve moved to our biggest venue yet, and also pulled in our largest number of entries to date and broken attendance records.”

He added: “This year’s submissions have without doubt been our best yet. To quote one of the judges: The examples of innovative developments across both traditional and digital retail spaces were truly remarkable.”

Congratulations to our winners, and a big thank you to our sponsors, judging panel, the legend that is Tiff Stevenson, and all those who attended our 2025 gathering.
