Brazil born Fashion and lifestyle brand FARM Rio taps Inspectorio AI powered supply chain technology
Inspectorio reports that FARM Rio is aiming to digitise supply chain operations and streamline regulatory compliance with its Quality Risk Management, Lab Test Management and Traceability and Transparency solutions.
Founded in 1997, Rio de Janeiro born FARM Rio is a fashion and lifestyle brand known for its colourful textiles and nature inspired prints. Since beginning its international expansion in 2019 with the opening of its flagship boutique in SoHo, New York, it has built a sizeable following among younger shoppers across the US and Europe through a growing network of its own boutiques, department stores and fashion rental platforms.
Inspectorio will support it by further digitising and strengthening the brand’s global supply chain operations across retail locations in France, Italy, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. FARM Rio is a flagship brand of AZZAS 2154, Latin America’s largest fashion retail group.
“As one of the most recognised and fastest growing brands in the Americas, sustaining this growth requires a modern supply chain that aligns with our future,” says Alexandra Brito, Head of Quality at FARM Rio. “As we grow, Inspectorio provides us with the platform and regulatory expertise to fully digitise our operations. We can now scale our international business with the confidence that our supply chain meets the highest standards in the markets we serve across the Americas and Europe.”
“Supply chains are shifting from a cost centre managed market by market to a strategic, connected foundation for growth,” says Chirag Patel, CEO at Inspectorio. “FARM Rio recognised that early, replacing fragmented operations with a single digital platform as it scales across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. We're proud to partner with FARM Rio and the broader AZZAS 2154 Group as they turn their supply chain into a competitive advantage.”
2026 RTIH Innovation Awards
Supply chain technology will be a key focus area at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards.
The awards are now open for entries and celebrate global retail technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world.
Our winners will be revealed at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards Ceremony, taking place at The HAC in Central London on Wednesday, 4th November.
Check out our 2025 winners here.
Our 2025 hall of fame entrants were revealed during a sold out event which took place at The HAC on 16th October and consisted of a drinks reception, three course meal, and awards ceremony presided over by award winning comedian, actress and writer Tiff Stevenson.
In his welcome speech, Scott Thompson, Founder and Editor, RTIH, said: “This is the awards’ fifth year as a physical event. We started off with just 30 people at the South Place Hotel not far from here, then moved to London Bridge Hotel, then The Barbican, and last year RIBA’s HQ in the West End.”
“But I’m conscious of the fact that, to quote the legend that is Taylor Swift, You’re only as hot as your last hit, baby. So, this year we’ve moved to our biggest venue yet, and also pulled in our largest number of entries to date and broken attendance records.”
He added: “This year’s submissions have without doubt been our best yet. To quote one of the judges: The examples of innovative developments across both traditional and digital retail spaces were truly remarkable.”
Congratulations to our winners, and a big thank you to our sponsors, judging panel, the legend that is Tiff Stevenson, and all those who attended our 2025 gathering.
