Manna Coffee seeks seed funding at $15 million valuation to scale AI platform for autonomous retail
Manna Coffee, an AI native autonomous coffee kiosk network, has announced a $1.25 million seed financing at a $15 million pre-money valuation. More than $300,000 has thus far been funded toward the round, which remains open. The financing will support the expansion of Manna’s technology platform, deployment capacity, and qualified location pipeline, including the activation of more than 500 locations and converting them into operating points.
The round brings together 119 investors, including StartEngine, CoinFlip, Netevia, and Aleksandr Deriglazov, founder of Meloman - Kazakhstan's largest retail entertainment chain - who exited the business and remains The Walt Disney Company's distributor across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
“Our model is designed to enable entrepreneurs to quickly build a high-income, multi-location business without a large operating team,” says Serhii Cheromush, Co-Founder at Manna Coffee.
“A network of approximately 20 well performing kiosks, averaging 25 cups per day, could generate around $350,000-$400,000 in annual kiosk level operating profit while being managed by just one or two employees. Actual results depend on location performance, costs, and execution. What Manna provides is ready to use infrastructure - equipment, qualified locations, payments, logistics, and an AI powered management system - that enables entrepreneurs to scale their networks step by step.”
"The US autonomous retail market represents a promising segment with strong growth potential that requires scalable financial and payment infrastructure. Our partnership with Manna Coffee combines an investment in the company with Netevia’s expansion into this category. We provide Manna with payment processing and payment solutions, while its licensees gain access to equipment financing. We look forward to further developing this partnership as the network expands,” says Vlad Sadovskiy, CEO at Netevia.
In 2026 Manna built its Manna Co:llective AI Digital Twin - a multi-agent system that coordinates telemetry, payment reconciliation, restocking logistics, and marketing across the network. The platform underpins Manna's Platform as a Service model, which now includes co-branding and white label tiers that let operators and brands launch autonomous coffee points without building any of the underlying technology.
"Our Manna Co:llective digital twin doesn't replace management - it removes the operational friction that used to make distributed retail hard to run: telemetry, reconciliation, replenishment, service coordination. That's what lets a core team of this size support a footprint this size, and it's the infrastructure we're scaling with this round," says Tim Perepelkin, COO at Manna Coffee.
2026 RTIH Innovation Awards
Autonomous retail will be a key focus area at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards.
The awards are now open for entries and celebrate global retail technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world.
Our winners will be revealed at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards Ceremony, taking place at The HAC in Central London on Wednesday, 4th November.
Check out our 2025 winners here.
Our 2025 hall of fame entrants were revealed during a sold out event which took place at The HAC on 16th October and consisted of a drinks reception, three course meal, and awards ceremony presided over by award winning comedian, actress and writer Tiff Stevenson.
In his welcome speech, Scott Thompson, Founder and Editor, RTIH, said: “This is the awards’ fifth year as a physical event. We started off with just 30 people at the South Place Hotel not far from here, then moved to London Bridge Hotel, then The Barbican, and last year RIBA’s HQ in the West End.”
“But I’m conscious of the fact that, to quote the legend that is Taylor Swift, You’re only as hot as your last hit, baby. So, this year we’ve moved to our biggest venue yet, and also pulled in our largest number of entries to date and broken attendance records.”
He added: “This year’s submissions have without doubt been our best yet. To quote one of the judges: The examples of innovative developments across both traditional and digital retail spaces were truly remarkable.”
Congratulations to our winners, and a big thank you to our sponsors, judging panel, the legend that is Tiff Stevenson, and all those who attended our 2025 gathering.
