Five Guys taps Looker tech for data initiative

Burger chain Five Guys JV has rolled out Looker’s data platform.

The venture, which has opened over 100 stores in the UK, France, Spain, and Germany, says that reporting was previously a time consuming process which required input from the development team, resulting in bottlenecks and slowing the decision-making process. The introduction of Looker has reduced this process from days to hours, improving the business’ ability to quickly react to insights.
