Skinnydip rolls out Click & Collect service with HubBox

London-based accessories brand Skinnydip has partnered with HubBox, enabling customers to collect their online purchases from over 4,000 local Collect Points, as well as from its standalone stores.

It is rolling out an end-to-end Click & Collect solution installed at checkout. HubBox also provides the software used to manage in-store collections. “With the customer at the heart of everything we do here at Skinnydip, we wanted to offer a service that enables them to be able to collect their order with ease,” says Co-founder James Gold.

“Using a Click & Collect service that gives the customer several collection options is most definitely a step in the right direction for us. As a business we want our customers to have the best possible experience both online and in-store, and we feel like working with HubBox really takes us that step closer.”
