Function18 rolls out Onsite Content Personalisation from Nosto
UK retailer, Function18.com, has gone live with new AI-powered personalisation technology from Nosto.
Function18, which sells golf clothing from the likes of Nike and Adidas, is one of the first e-commerce sites to roll-out Nosto’s Onsite Content Personalisation system. This builds on its use of the company’s AI powered Onsite Product Recommendations.
“Adopting Onsite Content Personalisation was the logical next step for us as an e-commerce company,” says Ben Slaven, Marketing Director at the retailer. “With increasing amounts of mobile consumers, we need to be able to predict and show them what they want to see. With limited real estate, we need to show them images and content that is related to what they want to buy so that we can best capture and engage with them.”
Onsite Content Personalisation works alongside another new product offering, Segmentation & Insights, which helps Function18 to better understand who their customers are and what they buy. “Segmentation & Insights has opened our eyes to a new level of customer data which can be easily digested and then quickly converted into onsite retail opportunity through Nosto’s other products such as Onsite Content Personalisation,” says Slaven.
