JD.com makes major bricks and mortar move
JD.com has launched JD E-SPACE, a 50,000-square metre shopping destination in Chongqing, China.
Its largest offline store to date, this opened its doors yesterday, just in time for Singles’ Day.
“Our boundaryless retail strategy is to integrate online and offline retail, enabling customers to buy whatever they want, whenever they want, wherever they want.” says Zisheng Yang, head of Offline Business, JD Home Appliances.
