Upland Rant & Rave announces Bensons for Beds, Harveys Furniture deal
Steinhoff has deployed Upland Rant & Rave’s customer feedback tech across its Bensons for Beds and Harveys Furniture brands. The roll-out covers in-store, SMS and call centre.
