Aptos Planning in fashion at Zadig & Voltaire

Paris-based fashion house Zadig & Voltaire has selected Aptos Planning to manage its buying sessions as well as allocation and replenishment for all its stores across 30 countries.

Pre-buying, Aptos Planning will support its central team as it sets targets and recommendations based on budget and open-to-buy projections. Merchandisers visiting the company’s Paris showrooms to preview collections will be able to select the best products for their countries, combining their knowledge of the market with direction received from the business.

In-season, the solution will provide Zadig & Voltaire with the ability to optimise the allocation of products to stores and then replenish based on current demand. It will also help planners identify which products are over- and underperforming per location.

“The ability to leverage this newfound intelligence coming from the market will help us be better aligned with our customers while fully maximising the power of our new collections. In general, with Aptos, we will move from a situation of heterogeneous planning systems to a centralised platform,” Bonin concludes. “We expect this will further increase process transparency, orchestration and the consistency of our offer across countries.”
