Robert Dyas boosts delivery service with Narvar tech

Robert Dyas has announced a post-purchase experience partnership with Narvar.

Currently, its online customers are directed to third-party websites for drop ship delivery updates. The retailer works with multiple carriers and 100+ drop ship suppliers. Using Narvar’s SaaS platform, it can now offer customers real-time, branded updates from basket to delivery. While email is still a key communications channel, the functionality is also there for it to tap into SMS and Facebook Messenger.
