Doughnuts to your door: Stuart announces Krispy Kreme UK partnership

Krispy Kreme UK has teamed with Stuart to provide customers with doughnuts direct from its stores.

The service, which will see items delivered in less than 60 minutes after ordering online, has initially launched as a pilot in London, with plans for a nationwide roll-out.

In partnership with Lineten, Stuart’s API technology integrates with Krispy Kreme’s website and back-end. The retailer will use Stuart’s network of independent couriers, 60% of which deliver goods via green vehicles including bikes and electric mopeds.

Emma Colquhoun, Chief Marketing Officer at Krispy Kreme, says: “We are ever striving to cater to the changing needs of our customers and believe delivery is a key convenience requirement in our customers’ fast paced lives.”

“Our new service allows Krispy Kreme doughnuts to arrive at your door within the hour or as a scheduled delivery. Launching this service has also opened up a new gifting channel for the brand, making it as simple as a click of button to arrange doughnuts to be sent to your colleagues, friends or family.”
