Qualtrics snags Urban Outfitters customer experience deal

Urban Outfitters has rolled out the Qualtrics CustomerXM solution. 

This will enable it to centralise customer data collected from its existing operational systems and customer feedback, including consumer insights, on the Qualtrics XM platform.
