FunkyPigeon.com enlists Webloyalty for new loyalty programme

Webloyalty has launched My Funky Rewards, a personalised rewards programme for greetings card company FunkyPigeon.com, part of the WH Smith group.

Following a purchase at myfunkypigeon.com, customers are given the opportunity to join My Funky Rewards and claim their welcome reward of £6.87 which is credited into a pre-pay account/wallet.

Metrics for the second purchase are tracked via an API integration, enabling Funky Pigeon to monitor purchases, average order value (AOV), frequency of purchase and customer lifetime value (LTV). Since the pilot phase, a third of My Funky Rewards members went on to make a second purchase within the first six weeks of membership. Of those who redeemed their reward and purchased more credit, 66% made a third purchase.
