Notonthehighstreet and The White Company land Feefo CX awards
The White Company and Notonthehighstreet are among the brands to attain the new Platinum status in the annual Trusted Service awards created by reviews and customer insights technology venture Feefo.
This is for companies that win a Feefo Gold award three years in succession. Other brands scooping the Platinum award this year include Iceland and Mint Velvet.

This award will give further reassurance to our customers that they can rely on first class customer service whenever they choose to shop with us.”

To qualify for an award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews rated between 4.0 and 4.4 between 1st January and 31st December 2019. The Gold award requires a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5, with this year's winners including Whistles, French Connection and Moss Bros.
