New Balance enlists Aptos for omnichannel innovation journey

American sports footwear and apparel brand New Balance is to deploy Aptos’ cloud-based solutions across North America and Europe.

Tapping the likes of Aptos Analytics and Sales Audit, this will cover how the company engages with shoppers (PoS, CRM), how orders are captured and fulfilled (OMS) and how inventory is planned and managed across channels (merchandise planning, merchandising).

New Balance will also adopt Aptos ONE, a microservices-based SaaS platform. “In Aptos, we see a global technology partner that is investing in the future of retail,” says Ravi Shankavaram, CIO at New Balance.
