Addison Lee announces AL REQUEST Click and Collect service

Private hire taxi and courier company Addison Lee has launched a Click and Collect feature called AL REQUEST.

Providing London customers access to the likes of groceries and flowers, this will be available across Addison Lee’s app and web channels.

It will allow people to add their unique order receipt number to the booking for proof of purchase and collection. The courier can then pick up the item on the customer’s behalf and deliver it to their home.
