Co-op moves Diebold Nixdorf partnership up another gear
Co-op Group has expanded its relationship with Diebold Nixdorf to include managed services and remote monitoring of self-service and PoS systems throughout the UK.
The retailer is utilising DN AllConnect ServicesSM for Retail, which leverages IoT technology.

Diebold Nixdorf provides implementation services, IT support and remote monitoring through this managed services offering. It claims that this has resulted in remote resolution of nearly 80% of Co-op’s self-service maintenance tickets and has contributed to achieving 99% uptime of all self-service and PoS systems.
Co-op has also installed Diebold Nixdorf’s EASY range of self-service solutions to increase checkout speed.
