Retail Assist snags Hollywood Bowl Group contract

Retail Assist has added Hollywood Bowl Group to its client list.

The company operates over 60 bowling alley centres across the UK, along with three Putt Stars mini-golf centres. Retail Assist will offer support through its IT Help Desk.

Dave Wilson, IT Director at Hollywood Bowl Group, says: “We initially managed our IT support requirements internally but, thanks to our success, we needed to find an outsourcing partner so that our internal teams can focus on business growth instead.”

Retail Assist will also manage the relationship with Barron McCann, who will provide hardware maintenance support that delivers a nationwide four-hour response for high priority issues.

Barron McCann also provides engineering support to undertake on-site investigations into the cause of faults that cannot be diagnosed by Hollywood Bowl Group colleagues on site or remotely.
