Quiz taps HelloDone tech for customer support initiative
Quiz has announced a partnership with AI platform provider, HelloDone, focusing on its post-purchase customer support.
The service is expected to go live later this month.
The fashion retailer’s customers will be able to get instant answers to questions about the progress of their orders using Facebook Messenger. All subsequent updates and queries will stay within the same chat.
The partnership should be extended to include exchanges and returns later this year.
