RTIH retail technology awards: Supply Chain Innovation shortlist announced
Metapack, Detego and Food Rocket are among the nominees in the Supply Chain category at the 2021 RTIH Innovation Awards.
This award highlights companies that are re-inventing and re-thinking retail supply chains via innovative advancements in technology.
2021 shortlist as follows
Detego
Detego is a global RFID software provider focused on retail. It helps retailers to increase accuracy, efficiency, and revenue uplift across the value chain.
Customers include Adidas, Levi’s, and BESTSELLER. The company’s platform is built to support factories, distribution centres and stores to count and track individual items across the supply chain with complete accuracy.
Food Rocket
Food Rocket is a San Francisco-based FoodTech startup that provides grocery delivery in California.
Its business model is based on AI enabled technologies to manage warehouse stocks, forecast demand and optimise delivery time by predicting the closest dark store that offers the fastest delivery time and the lowest costs of putting together and delivering the order.
MyFBAPrep
MyFBAPrep works and integrates with some of the biggest names in the e-commerce industry, including Deliverr, Project Verte, and 3PL Central.
It is powered by its proprietary SaaS-based technology called Preptopia. This acts as an omnichannel marketplace matching e-commerce companies with warehouses that have the capabilities to fulfil their orders quickly and efficiently.
Metapack
Amid the coronavirus outbreak, retailers have started to reimagine their supply chains and the purpose of their stores and are looking to implement technologies such as Metapack’s Ship-from-Store that provide them with the flexibility to fulfil online orders from physical locations.
