Made.com scores social first with Pinterest Trend Badge move

Online furniture retailer, Made, has become the first European brand to launch a Pinterest Trend Badge campaign based on an insight from the social media venture’s Predicts 2021 report.

With a focus on those looking to improve their sleep environment and invest more in their bedrooms, Made opted for the “Invest in Rest” trend and commissioned Matthew Spade, Editor and lifestyle blogger, to bring to life his minimalist bedroom makeover, featuring the pureplay’s products.

Jonny Ng, Brand Marketing Director at Made, says: "Pinterest is an ideal platform for customers to be inspired by our products and styling tips as they realise the vision for their interiors.”

“We are the destination for digital natives to create a well-designed home, and this campaign – based on Pinterest users’ search behaviour – enables us to reach our audiences with engaging and relevant content that helps shorten their journey from inspiration to action.”

The Trend Badge initiative is part of a wider brand awareness campaign in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Made is collaborating on this with nine additional influencers across several Pinterest key verticals to create inspirational and helpful Pins.
