Martin Newman preps The Power of Customer Experience book launch
Martin Newman, Founder, The Customer First Group, has announced that his book, The Power of Customer Experience, will be available to buy on 3rd May via Kogan Page and all leading retailers.
“I wrote the Power of Customer Experience to show that consumer facing businesses who are commercially successful over a long and sustained period of time, do so due to them being truly customer centric in all that they do,” he says.
“In the book, I have created a framework that any business, no matter how big or how small, regardless of sector, can leverage to transform to become customer centric.”

RTIH Innovation Awards
Newman was part of the judging panel for the 2020 RTIH Innovation Awards.
Winners included Asda, Amazon, Co-op, Mercaux and MishiPay, with RTIH Editor, Scott Thompson, commenting: “The coronavirus outbreak has shown just how resilient and fast moving the retail industry can be.”
