Wayfair hires Sean Halligan as Chief Global Supply Chain Officer
American e-commerce big hitter Wayfair has appointed Sean Halligan as Chief Global Supply Chain Officer.
Halligan, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the supply chain, working for the likes of Cardinal Health, Nike and Target, will “drive the strategic supply chain initiatives that enable Wayfair to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and the ongoing expansion of its fulfilment centre and delivery network and the development of the company’s global freight network”.

Fiona Tan
His appointment closely follows the hiring of Fiona Tan as Chief Technology Officer.
Tan will succeed Jim Miller on 1st March, with Miller staying on for a transition period leading up to his retirement at the end of June.
She joined Wayfair in 2020 as Global Head of Customer and Supplier Technology and was the planned successor to the CTO role.
