Kiosko and Intouch.com a strategic partnership in Mexico

Intouch.com, a Dublin-based startup which has developed an AI powered platform targeting shoppers with personalised offerings in-store, has secured a multi-year contract with Mexican retailer Kiosko.

Intouch.com says that it is experiencing significant traction in the Mexican market.

Its solution is now being used by various convenience store retailers throughout the country.

Intouch.com expects Mexico to be its number one export market by the end of 2022 as it is currently closing a number of deals and plans to open an office there within the next 12 months.

Kiosko has a total of 600 convenience stores throughout Mexico and Intouch will be supplying its solution to many of these locations.

“This partnership is a powerful combination,” says Fernando Velasco, General Manager at Kiosko.

“Intouch.com’s understanding of store intelligence and digitisation, along with their in-store advertising expertise, and agile, collaborative approach is uniquely complementary to how a Kiosko team works.”

“We believe this helps to generate a more interactive shopping experience inside the store, and customer satisfaction.”

“We are proud to partner with Kiosko and deliver our AI driven in-store customer personalisation platform to such an innovative retailer,” says Tim Arits, Intouch.com’s CEO.

“Kiosko will help us to deliver our solution and expand into a new market, fulfilling our mission of making physical spaces more interactive and rewarding than online ones to all parties: retailers, brands and customers.”

“Working as one team, we will unlock the full potential of digital transformations and place our clients on the best path for success in the new digital business landscape.”
