Retail technology services provider, PMC, has been recognised in the latest ISG Provider Lens Quadrant Report as a Market Contender in Retail CX Transformation Services.

The new ISG CX Transformation Provider Lens report provides in-depth research comparing service provider strengths, challenges and differentiators.
