Meghan Markle endorsed jeweller Shawn Leane signs up with Brightpearl

British jewellery brand Shawn Leane has deployed Brightpearl’s retail operating system.

The brand sells DTC online and in person, as well as wholesale. 

It has celebrity and even royal fans. Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has been spotted in Shaun Leane designs on several occasions.

Shaun Leane came to Brightpearl after realising it needed to invest in a robust, flexible operating system that could cope as order volumes quadrupled with the firm’s growing popularity.  

After a go-live time of three months, Brightpearl will now address the brand’s manual processes, as well as provide a centralised source of truth and more intelligent forecasting to accurately forecast future customer demand.

The retail operating system syncs with Shawn Leane’s Shopify website and will offer such functionality as an Automation Engine to eradicate time-consuming manual processes, demand forecasting and e-commerce reporting.
