C.J. Express and RELEX Solutions agree supply chain tech tie up
Thailand’s C.J. Express Group Co. and RELEX Solutions have started working together.
RELEX will support C.J.’s business model for its supermarkets and convenience stores, delivering supply chain and retail planning solutions to its two distribution centres and over 900 stores.
RELEX will provide automated data forecasting, improving availability, forecast accuracy, and inventory visibility throughout the supply chain while reducing manual work and errors.
C.J. will also gain actionable visibility while increasing the efficiency of its supply chain management processes.
“The partnership is an important milestone as C.J. Express continues to transform our supply chain network into an integrated, flexible model that supports our growth,” says Khun Veeratham, CEO at C.J. Express.
“RELEX will support our two DCs and 900+ stores, delivering end-to-end supply chain visibility to improve our forecasting and replenishment. This enables us to better anticipate and plan for demand changes so that we can efficiently and accurately meet our customers’ needs.”
“Thailand continues to be a key focus for us, and we are excited to embark on this strategic partnership with C.J. Express as part of their impressive growth journey,” says Mikko Kärkkäinen, Group CEO at RELEX Solutions.
“Our partnerships with grocery and convenience retailers around the world allow us to combine global experience with local expertise to maximise the value for our customers.”
