Brightpearl preps online holiday readiness Peak Season Summit
Retail operating system specialist Brightpearl is hosting its first ever one day virtual Peak Season Summit.
Taking place on 22nd September, the aim here is to help retailers prepare for the holiday season.
Brightpearl says on the event website: “Based on findings we’ve identified as being the biggest concerns for merchants this year, we’ve programmed a full day of industry expert led sessions, panels and break out rooms to make sure you can avoid holiday season setbacks and keep customers loyal all year round.”
It adds: “Our event will feature experts from across the globe, and we've structured the day so you can attend any session regardless of your time zone.”

British jewellery brand Shawn Leane recently deployed Brightpearl’s retail operating system.
The brand sells DTC online and in person, as well as wholesale.
It has celebrity and even royal fans. Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has been spotted in Shaun Leane designs on several occasions.
Shawn Leane came to Brightpearl after realising it needed to invest in a robust, flexible operating system that could cope as order volumes quadrupled with the firm’s growing popularity.
After a go-live time of three months, Brightpearl will now address the brand’s manual processes, as well as provide a centralised source of truth and more intelligent forecasting to accurately forecast future customer demand.
The retail operating system syncs with Shawn Leane’s Shopify website and will offer such functionality as an Automation Engine to eradicate time-consuming manual processes, demand forecasting and e-commerce reporting.
