Registration opens for Retail Technology Show 2025 as two-day event jumps from London Olympia to ExCel

Retail Technology Show (RTS) debuts at its new home, ExCeL London, on 2nd and 3rd April 2025.

And registration for the event is now open.

Expanding its show floor to meet exponential demand, the organisers of RTS 2025 promise to feature even more disruptive innovations, offering solutions that power every part of retail operations across the full spectrum of technology.

From retail media to augmented reality (AR), AI and data solutions, through to store and online analytics, logistics and supply chain optimisation, the event aims to offer something for every retailer looking for transformative tech.

“It’s the huge range of different people from all elements of retail [and] some incredible technologies that are coming out, [which makes RTS] so exciting and inspiring,” says Mellissa Snover, CEO and Founder, Nourished

RTS 2025’s Start-Up Superstars also offers retailers a behind the curtain peek at so far unseen solutions, while the Retail Futures stand, in partnership with Commerce Futures, will shine a spotlight on e-commerce solutions as well as hosting retailer only deep dive content sessions focused on the future of online trading.

Once again, the sector’s brightest minds take centre stage at RTS in 2025, with 100+ brand maestros and leading luminaries discussing all the latest industry defining hot-topics that are setting the retail agenda and shaping future retail strategy.

With session topics vetted by RTS’ Advisory Board, comprising 50 retailers, including Schuh, Specsavers, Costa, Sainsbury’s and Tesco, to ensure maximum value, the 2025 Conference Programme treads the tightrope of providing both progressive trend gazing insights as well as practical debates and key take-aways.

Retail Technology Show 2025

“With so many great speakers, [RTS offers a] great insight into what other brand and other retailers are doing,” comments Craig Ash, MD UK&I at Swarovski.

New for 2025, RTS will be doubling its content focused on e-commerce and digital retailing. Reflecting its growing number of online retail visitors and the demand for more digital trading insights from attendees, RTS will extend its partnership with Commerce Futures to deliver a dedicated e-commerce track on the Retail Futures stage across the two-day event.

Matt Bradley, Event Director at Retail Technology Show, comments: “We’re about delivering the extraordinary – extraordinary technology, extraordinary insights, extraordinary networking - with the energy and pizzazz you’d expect from our carnival of retail that celebrates innovation and fosters meaningful industry connections.”

“Now, with our new larger home at ExCeL, we can pack even more in to RTS 2025, we can’t wait to reveal more of what we’ve got up our sleeves in the months to come.”
