Spar Malta taps LEAFIO AI solutions to boost inventory and planogram management across its stores

Spar Malta has announced a partnership with LEAFIO AI to implement a cloud platform for inventory management and planogram optimisation in its stores.

The retailer will deploy three of LEAFIO's solutions, Inventory Optimisation, Shelf Efficiency, and Promotion Intelligence. These are integrated into a unified ecosystem, operating on a shared LEAFIO AI Retail Platform.

In addition to inventory optimisation, Spar Malta aims to enhance its planogram management with the Shelf Efficiency solution.

Currently, there are no standardised planograms, leading to inconsistent product displays across stores. Shelf Efficiency provides digital control over store layouts.
