Polish startup AIstats bags $1.1m in funding to reimagine football data with AI insights and analytics
AIstats, a startup that provides real-time insights, AI powered analytics and notifications to enhance football match experiences, has raised $1.1 million in pre-seed funding.
In a LinkedIn post, Alexey Vorobey, Co-founder at AIstats, said: "We’ve just raised $1.1 million to reimagine football data in the AI native way. It's been long overdue and we're excited to pioneer the way. We’re building the first foundation model for football analysis - giving both fans and pros the most valuable team/player performance AI insights."
He added: "Proud to be supported by so many cool folks like Mateusz Muszynski from Acquinox Capital, Kjetil Aasen (Myrlid), Serge Morozov (Zephyr Mobile), Mike Haruki Y. (Shining Tree), Deniz Piri (Ahoy Games) and a bunch of others. Special thanks to Mariusz Gąsiewski (Google) and Janusz Moneta (Reality Games) for support and intros which made this round possible; and Alexander Nevedovsky (No Cap) for strategic guidance. More updates to come soon."
