Perkbox, a UK startup that helps the likes of Nando’s, Holland & Barrett and Wasabi engage and reward employees and customers, has acquired London-based Loyalty Bay, a SaaS platform for the automated delivery of digital rewards. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
