Asos has launched Boards, a new in-app feature to help customers organise their saved items into categories (e.g. winter coats, autumn outfits, gym and work, gift ideas, or gathering all their Halloween finds in one place).
Customers can create and name their own Boards, or use suggested names from Asos, and will be prompted to add products to them when adding something to their saved Items.
The feature is now rolling out across the venture’s app on iOS and Android globally. Charmaine Aksakal, Product Manager, says: “Giving our customers a better way to organise their saved items is one of our most in-demand features, and Boards is just a first step in the improvements we will roll out in this area over time. Future updates, from sharing functionality to new layouts and product and Board suggestions driven by machine learning, will empower our customers with fresh ways to find and share inspiration and discover their personal style.”
