Tesco head honcho makes move to N Brown
The UK boss of Tesco is set to take the reins at online clothing retailer, N Brown.
Matt Davies, who is in his mid-40s, will succeed Andy Higginson in the role, becoming one of the youngest Chairmen of a FTSE-350 company. Tesco recently announced that Davies, who joined the grocery giant in 2015, would be departing after its £3.7 billion takeover of wholesaler Booker Group, with Charles Wilson, the latter’s boss, replacing him as head of the broader UK and Ireland operations.
