Tesco Pay+ Clubcard points offer to run all year

Tesco is not letting up in its attempts to get Tesco Pay+ over with its customers, offering an extra Clubcard point for every £4 spent via the mobile app. This will be available until the end of 2018.

Earlier this month, RTIH reported that the service had been misfiring. Many customers had been unable to use the app to pay for their shopping. In an email to users, the Tesco said: “Rest assured we’ve fixed the problem and the app is working as normal again.” 

It didn’t give any details about the cause of the problem but did add: “We know this falls short of the service you expect so, to make it up to you, we've credited you with an extra 50 Tesco Clubcard points."
